Pure Distilling Premium Whisky Yeast with glucoamylase is a specialty whisky yeast which will highlight malt flavours from all grain mashes.
This yeast is ideal for use with full grain mashes.
Use with 6 kg sugar or for best results use 2.5 kg Liquid Malt Extract and 4.5 kg Dextrose.
Sufficient to make a 25 litre wash.
