Neighbourhood Brewing Co have used both Citra and Ekuanot hops heavy handidly, which have packed this brew with intense tropical aroma and flavour. Hazy or cloudy in appearance and light in colour, this kit results in a smooth and creamy mouthfeel with low to moderate bitterness We recommend a dry hop to increase the tropical flavours including hints of mango, citrus and tropical notes. It is important to use a yeast that will assist the hazy characteristic. The younger sibling of our NEIPA, this is a more sessionable style beer. If you like tropical flavours and haze you will like this, perfect for summer but can be consumed all year round. Fruity and Juicy!
