Little Creatures Pale Ale (Home Brew Clone)

Ingredients:

• Pale Ale 1.7kg
• Light Dried Malt 1kg
• 150g Crystal Malted Grain
• 25g Chinook Hops  (substitute Galaxy, Citra, Simcoe for variation)
• 25g Cascade Hops
• Safale US-05 Yeast

Method:

1. Add one litre boiling water to grain and steep 15 minutes. Strain and add this liquid to fermenter.
2. Steep both hops in one litre boiled water for 15 minutes. Add this liquid to fermenter.
3. Dissolve all malts in this liquid. 
4. Then add Tbags to brew
5. Top up fermenter to 22.5 litres with cold water (pre chilled water can be used to lower the starting temperature).
6. Add yeast. Ferment at 18 to 22 degrees C.
